The best time to call our office for scheduling a routine visit is between 8AM-12PM and 2PM-4PM, Monday through Friday. If the GMA Health front office staff is unavailable at the time of your call, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
You may call us directly at 940-521-5500 to schedule your appointment. Please be ready to describe the reason for your call and any symptoms you may be experiencing, or have someone present who can assist you. If you require a same-day appointment, we will do all we can to accommodate you and ensure your requests are met as quickly as possible. You may also complete our new patient information forms ahead of your visit.

Cancelling or Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply call us at 940-521-5500 and we’ll be happy to schedule another appointment that is more convenient. In case of a cancellation, we ask that you notify us at least 24-hours in advance of your appointment.
